If you have made a bank transfer and if the remittance is not verified after two business days, please contact us by posting on the Q&A board or by calling 070-7432-2858 for verification of the remittance.
In the following cases, bank transfer is not automatically verified.
1. In case of bank transfer, if the names of the orderer and the bank account holder are different
2. If the payment amount and the actual remittance are different
3. If there are different people with the same name
