For both cancellation and
exchange, it can be proceeded only when your order is ‘Pending’.
If not, it means your order has
been packed and already sent out, so we cannot process the change or
cancellation of order.
Please contact BOYLONDON CS center via phone, email or board ASAP.
Expenses may be incurred for exchange/return.
(The cost of exchange/return may be between $80 ~. *More can occur depending on the weight & distance.)
Any request for return or exchange must be notified within 7 days (even for defective items) of receipt of the product.
Once confirmed, items
must be returned immediately.
We also advise customers to take
note of the returning items' tracking number for future reference.
Please note that the deadlines
are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
BOYLONDON must be contacted via the Q and A
board before making any returns or exchanges. Product availability must be checked first for exchanges.
When posting a refund request for
defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the
item(s) along with the order number, product codes, and a written explanation
to the Q and A board.
If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service the day you receive your package.
BOYLONDON will only bear the shipping costs
of defective or wrongly shipped items.
All other shipping costs will be
the responsibility of the buyer.
If non-defective items are sent to BOYLONDON along with defective items, the buyer will be
responsible for all shipping costs.
and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
The following are not
eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Any item where the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective before arrival.
- Items that show traces of use, wash, or alterations.
- Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.
- All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.
You may cancel an
order if the “preparing products” status remains for 10 days or longer
BOYLONDON is not responsible for problems
caused by carelessness of buyers.
Items returned or exchanged that are identified to be damaged by buyers will result in legal action taken by BOYLONDON according to seller and buyer’s protection laws.
Please wash and care
items according to the tips stated on the website.
Wrinkles or creasing
from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will
not be considered defects.
Items that are the
wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered
products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including
product, bag, box, and any gifts.
If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be
responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or

✔ Past the replacement/return application period. (after 7 days from receiving goods)
✔ If the goods have been devalued due to product wear and damage, negligence/carelessness, and perfume/cigarette, etc.
✔ If the packaging or components of goods is lost or damaged. (e.g. tag, vinyl packaging)
✔ Defective goods due to improper washing.
✔ If the goods have been dramatically devalued over time to the extent that they cannot be resold. (including defective goods)
✔ In case of defect discovered after taking on the goods without checking in advance for defects in uncontaminated indoor place.
✔ Goods that decrease in value simply by putting on such as leggings and accessories.
✔ Goods purchased offline.
✔ Pieces of thread, backstitch details, chalk marks and creases may not be the grounds for defect..
✔ Replacement/return may not be processed even if the goods are defective or shipped incorrectly if they are worn, tags are removed or the goods are washed or alterated.
