      Cases where replacement/return is not possible
      • Past the replacement/return application period (after 7 days from receiving goods)
      • If the goods have been devalued due to product wear and damage, negligence/carelessness, and perfume/cigarette, etc.
      • If the packaging or components of goods is lost or damaged (e.g. tag, vinyl packaging)
      • Defective goods due to improper washing
      • If the goods have been dramatically devalued over time to the extent that they cannot be resold (including defective goods)

      • Goods that decrease in value simply by putting on such as leggings and accessories
